Well he said he wanted to talk. He seems to be more of a plotter, in leaving people to do his work for him- manipulating people. He manipulated sasuke and he may well tell naruto things about sasuke that will cause them to battle- which could act as cover for a larger plan. Then again i dont see any reason- madera just needs to seal the rest of the 8 tails and all of the 9 tails.

After that chapter I seriously doubt that Tobi is Madara! It sounds more like he somehow managed to steal or obtain Madaras powers. But it's not Madaras original body.

Its not the kyubii its just a dark create to show sasukes been caught up in hatred and darkness- perhaps his cursed seal is taking him over, i dont know.
