Sasuke doesn't have the cursed seal, it was removed when Itachi killed Orochimaru.

dude with or without the cursed seal sasuke can still go second stage, but anyway itachi didnt kill orochimaru and in time we'll know what it was what we saw

In manga 392, Sasuke is pushed to his limits and can't contain Orochimaru anymore, and Itachi's Susano'o stabs Orochimaru with the genjutsu sword thing and kills him, and then Sauke's Curse mark disappears. The Curse mark shows that Juugo's enzyme is in his body, which after Orochimaru's jutsu to keep it in stops it isn't, so Sasuke can't use the Cursed Seal form.

Good point. I seem to remember sasuke himself saying something about he dosent need the curse seal anyway since he has gained a new power- the MS

Yea he got the Mangekyou when Orochimaru because he was the "closest" person to him, to the point where they were the same being.

Raikage is going to stomp the hell out of sasuske, I mean sasuske barely beat the 8 tails if you want to call it that and also the raikage is probably stronger than his brother. GAME OVER sasuske.

Really the only thing I've got to say... is OMFG, Raikage is gonna/might beat Sasuke up til he's nothing at all. Not much of a plot or anything, but now this proves Tobi is Madara Uchiha =) ! Right...?
